2023 NJ Youth of the Year Reception & Award Ceremony
The Youth of the Year Program is Boys & Girls Club’s premier leadership and recognition program which celebrates the extraordinary achievements of Club members. The New Jersey Youth of the Year recognizes teens from across the state who demonstrate outstanding leadership, service, academic excellence, and a commitment to living healthy lifestyles. These amazing young people represent the voice and spirit of hope, exemplify the Boys & Girls Club mission, and are proof to the impact Clubs make in transforming and saving kids’ lives.
Over the past decade, through the Youth of the Year Leadership program, Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey has awarded nearly $750,000 in college scholarships to further the education of several hundred Club teens. We are incredibly proud of all NJ Youth of the Year honorees, and wanted to share an update on one of our previous NJ Youth of the Year winners
